Traci Edwards


Traci is part of our front office team. She is one of those people you feel like you have known your whole life.

Traci is responsible for making appointments, helping you during both the check-in and check-out process, answering the phone and/or any questions you may have concerning billing and contact lenses.

A mother of 2 boys, with one currently at the University of Florida, she knows what time management is all about and will make sure your time in our office is pleasurable and efficient.



Jessica Exposito

Jessica is one of our efficient, smiling faces that will greet you when you check in or as you check out after your visit in our office. She will also be one of the staff members who are there to answer your questions, make an appointment, take a message or direct you to the appropriate person. 

As a student at Broward College, and pursuing a career in Optometry, she was the natural choice to be trained as our contact lens technician. You will find her eager to help you with your contact lens questions and will she will be there to train our new contact lens wearers in the proper way to insert, remove and care for their lenses.

Jessica prides herself in her ability to multitask while in the office, which also extends into her artistic pursuits and onto the volleyball court.



Flavia Estevez


Flavia is our Front Office Administrative Coordinator. Her responsibilities include:

Coordinating the front office staff to function as a team, make sure your appointment is booked properly, insure that your insurance benefits are understood and the billing is done correctly. In short, her job is to make sure all the details of your appointment are attended to properly.

With over 16 years in patient and customer service professions and 10 years in management, Flavia is uniquely qualified and capable of addressing any of your needs or concerns.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, her ability to communicate with and understand the needs of our patients goes above and beyond normal expectations.

As a “Team Mom” for her 9 year old son’s baseball and basketball team, Flavia has learned how manage anything that is “thrown at her.” Flavia is there to make sure your best interests are kept front and center.
